IMPORTANT: The 50 Best Racing Cards Owned by SCF members-Feature for SCF Magazine!

Exciting news for the racing boards as I have gotten the approval to do this as the feature article for the November issue of SCF Magazine. Over the course of the next 2 or so months all members need to post their own personal nominations to this thread. The racing team will be picking 50 cards to be featured in the SCF Magazine and in fairness to all each member may only nominate 10 of their own cards. If you want your collection and card to be featured in the magazine post it up.

Other than a 10 card limit there is no rule other than stating what the card is-but a scan along with a short description of why you think your card is deserving will help your case to make the magazine article. Let's show them our best guys!

Can I do a group shot of 10 or less cards (a set)? If I can, can I do that once, or...10 times?

I have 2 sets in mind, but one is close to 10 cards and the other is 6.

my first of my own ten PC nominations. I dont want Edwards overload so I am choosing some others to nominate from my PC. I will post one everyday to keep this thread at the top. Again it is important for all members to participate in this thread as itll help me out a lot for the article!

Card: 2011 Press Pass Showcase Elite Exhibit Ink Silver Danica Patrick 08/50

Description: A clean Danica auto is much sought after in the Nascar world. The 2011 Showcase Elite Exhibit Ink Design bodes well for a beautiful card and it is my only Danica autograph to this point. For a lot of racing collectors having a Patrick auto is something to be proud of.

Sorry to keep it with Danica, but her moving to NASCAR converted me (and I am sure many others) from a casual observer of NASCAR to a fan. She is the reason I started collecting racing cards and attending the spring and fall races in Phoenix. These are two cards I feel were important to the Racing Hobby.

2010 Press Pass Showcase #51 15/75 (Nationwide Series Rookie Card)

2012 Press Pass Showcase #61 21/50 (Sprint Cup Series Rookie Card)

My #1 is this 2000 Maxx, until i see another i consider it a 1/1. It took a long time & many scans to get beckett to start listing it & when i was at SportsCardSheriff a member showed me an expired Kenseth redemption so he should be listed but..
